Welcome to *Tutu Sweet* Custom Boutique, where the possibilities are endless! Hello! My name is Monica, and I can create the tutu of your lil’ princess’s dreams! You can create the perfect tutu for photos, flower girls, dance, and birthdays! You choose the colors/flowers, and I do the rest. Each tutu comes with a matching headband. All of my tutus have an elastic waistband and are made from yards and yards of tulle. Since all of my tutus are custom made for a perfect fit, I will need the chest measurement of your lil’ princess and the measurement from armpit to ankle for the tutu dress, and the waist measurement for the tutu. If you can dream it, I can create it!!
